Gypsum Grinding Mill Work Site
When the material enters into the grinding chamber of gypsum powder grinding mill, with the centrifugal force generated from the rotation of the spindle, the grinding roller will swing outwards to press the grinding ring. The blade scoops the material up to the gap between the roller and ring, with the rolling of roller to realize crushing and grinding purposes. After grinding, the powder materials will be separated by the blower circulating wind through the analysis machine, the rough materials will fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
Gypsum Powder Grinding Mill Working Principle
The qualified fine powder will flow into the cyclone powder collector, and then the finished product will be discharged by the tube. When the air enters into the blower through the powder collector, it will form a closed circulation, which makes the machine work normally and continuously. The left wind will enter into the purifier through the air pipe and then discharged after purifying.
