Cement Rotary Kilns Work Site
Cement rotary kilns produced by our HXJQ adopts internationally advanced hydraulic hatch wheel, high-precision plunger metering pump, high-precision low speed valve and contact mode graphite sealing device. To improve automatic degree, industrial television is set at kiln head for watching fire with analogical process flow fluorescent screen, and infrared scanner is adopted to reflect the calcining situation on computer directly. This new technology features strong visual effect, easy operation and reliable work. With stable heat engineering and high rotation rate, this kind of kiln has improved 10% rotation rate, 5%-10% capacity and lower 15% heat consumption, compared with other same model machine.
Cement Rotary Kilns Handle Materials
Rotary kiln for active lime are reliable combined scale sealing. The air leakage coefficient is less than 10% using composite refractory material, to reduce radiation loss. The followings include cement rotary kiln, limestone rotary kiln, and clinker rotary kiln.
1. Cement rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, green cement rotary kiln head hood and fuel device.
2. The limestone rotary kiln technical characteristics: advanced structure, low loss of vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect, after the preheat limestone kiln decomposing rates up to 20-25%, and can directly use the 10-15mm fine-grained limestone.
3. Clinker rotary kiln is mainly used for chemical clinker calcining, the production of chemical sub-dry and wet kilns produce two types of chemical kilns. Rotary kiln is mainly used in chemical industry, metallurgy steel plant depleted iron ore magnetic roasting; chromium, nickel, iron ore roasting; refractory high alumina bauxite ore roasting plant and aluminum roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide; chemical chromium ore roasting and chrome ore and other minerals.
