The belt conveyor researched by our company has been widely used in the mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries to convey loosed materials or unit subjects.According to the need of transmission craft, it can convey materials independently as well as combine with other conveying equipments to form a horizontal or slant conveying system to meet the need of production line coming from different structural arrays.
Belt conveyor is also called belt feeders, which is common conveying equipment. The machine is mainly used for granular and small materials. In the coal industry, it is used for outputting finished coal and passing semi-finished products to crushing equipment, which can achieve automated mining, entrucking, and transportation.
Elevating conveyor belt is an improved model of belt conveyor. The machine is mainly used for continuously or intermittently convening powder and granular materials. It applies to the height difference in transportation and can achieve continuous transportation, which is used for horizontal conveyor and other connected devices; The angle of elevating conveyor belt is not more than 13 degrees in general situation.
The belt conveyor in our company can transport all kinds of materials efficiently and economically. The belt moves according to the principle of friction drive, which has the advantages of large transport capacity, simple structure, easy repair and normal components. Furthermore, since the belt and the materials have little relative motion, the noise as well as the energy consumption becomes very low.
The belt conveyor is mainly made up of the rack, belt, belt roller, tensioning device and other components. The body of the machine is made of connected high-quality steel board, the surface of which is slant. The belt roller and carrier roller are on the rack, used for driving and supporting the transmission belt. The two driving ways are reduction motor driver and electric roller driver.
The belt conveyor can work within the temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 40℃. The temperature of the transmission materials should be below 50℃
1. The fixed conveyor should be installed on the fixed base according to the regulating installing method. The movable conveyor should be fixed by the cleat or the brake before working so as not to move while working. When there are more than one belt conveyors working at the same time, some distance must be increased between the machines or between the machines and the walls.
2. Check up the running parts, belt clasp and the loading devices before using. The tension of the belt should be adjusted to the suitable level before setting up.
3. The belt conveyor should be set up without loading. Forbid material feeding before running.
4. Forbid to pull the belt when the belt is slipping, so as not to cause an accident.
5.The engine must have an absolute insulation and be connected to the ground.
