The bucket elevator is suitable for elevating the materials from a lower level to a higher level and the materials are conveyed upward in an automatic and continuous manner through the vibrating station. This elevator bucket has many advantages such as big conveying quantity, high elevating height, stable and reliable operation and long service life.
1. Small driving power. Since the bucket conveyer adopts flow-in material feeding, inductive material discharging and large amount of material bin intensive arrangement, when the materials are elevated, there is almost no material returning and material digging, and the reactive power is little.
2. The bucket type lifter has a very wide range of lifting. This series of hoist bucket almost has no requirements for the types and features of the materials, so that it can elevate not only common powder and small particles, but big materials with high grinding features.
3. This series of plate chain bucket elevator has good operational reliability since advanced designing principle and processing method ensure the operational reliability of the whole machine.
Material will be sent to the feed port of the hoist conveyor in the bottom of the casing and enter the hopper, which makes vertical movements with transmission parts and elevates material to the top, bypasses the top wheel and makes downward movement and discharges material under centrifugal force and gravity
