HXJQ roll crusher has the roller revolving in the opposite direction with each other and the crushing roller is horizontally installed in the horizontal axis of roll crusher. Usually, the roller crusher needs to two rollers to complete the crushing progress, we can call this kind of roll crusher as double roll crusher. In HXJQ double roll crusher, one roller bearing is movable and the other one is fixed. The crushing roller is made of roller shaft, wheel hub and roller shell. The roller shaft and the tapered wheel hub are fitting together, and the roller shell is fastened to the wheel hub, these three parts of crushing roller are fastened together with three conical arc iron, some bolts and blind nuts.

The trough crushing roller of HXJQ roller crusher is mainly in the form of extrusion and shearing to crush materials, suitable for processing the low-intensity brittle materials or wet material, furthermore, the granularity of finished products is also uniform.
